Green Cleaning

Green Cleaning
A clean home is a happy home. But most of the time, a clean home means you have many different types of chemicals in your home for different purposes. Several bathroom cleaners, kitchen cleaners, oven cleaner, window cleaners, ammonia, bleach, the list goes on and on! But with one Enagic Water® machine, you can get rid of all those harmful chemicals in your home and still have a clean and beautiful home!

In the Bathroom
The bathroom is known as one of the germiest rooms in the home, and for good reason. Your lovely bathtub is home to some of the nastiest bacteria on the planet. A recent study found staphylococcus bacteria, which causes skin infections, in 26% of bathtubs that were tested. Eww! Other places to watch for pathogens in the bathroom include bath towels, the toilet, toothbrushes, countertops, and the sink. Here's a few things to help keep that bathroom clean without the use of even more harmful chemicals:

1. Scrub that Tub!
Wash the bathtub at least once per week, preferably twice per week, with Strong Kangen Water Cleaner (see Recipes: A Green Home tab) so you can fight the stains and dirt, and then Strong Acidic Water to disinfect and stop those germs right in their tracks! Keep a spray bottle of each in the bathroom so you can keep that bathroom squeaky clean.

2. Clean Your Toothbrush
That's right, not only should you switch your toothbrush out every three months, you also need to routinely disinfect that toothbrush with Strong Acidic Water. Once per week, spray the toothbrush with Strong Acidic Water and then rinse it with Kangen Water®.

3. Designate those Towels
In order to keep your family from sharing their bacteria and germs, make sure each person has their own towel. Be sure to wash towels once per week with one of the Kangen Laundry Detergent recipes found in the Recipes: A Green Home tab.

4. Keep Your Toilet Clean (without Bleach)
You no longer need to use bleach to get your toilet clean! With Strong Acidic Water in a spray bottle, kick those toilet bowl germs to the curb two or three times per week. For stubborn stains, use Strong Kangen Water.

5. Clean with Confidence
Clean all of your surfaces with Strong Kangen Water Cleaner (found in the Recipes: A Green Home tab). Make sure to include door knobs, cabinet knobs and drawer pulls, sinks, faucets, floors, etc. You can be confident in knowing that you're keeping your home free from chemicals and that your home is safe, spotless, and green!
